- All guests must complete waivers before entry
- All riders receive a mandatory safety video link after completing their waiver and must watch it before riding

Can we bring our own bikes and helmets?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own, or hire them onsite for $5 each.
What ages are the parties suited for?
Our parties are generally best suited to children aged 3–12. Activities can be adjusted to suit the group.
What food options can we choose from?
Choose from Hot Chips, Party Pies, Sausage Rolls, Chicken Nuggets, Potato Gems, Spring Rolls, Fruit Platter, Fairy Bread and Wedges.
Can we add the Indoor Bike Race Experience?
Yes. The Indoor Bike Race Experience can be added to standard birthday parties for $89.
What deposit is required?
Standard birthday parties require a $100 deposit to secure the booking.
Full venue hire requires a 50% deposit because the entire venue is reserved exclusively for your group.

What if we need to cancel?
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable. Earlier cancellations may be able to transfer the deposit to another date.

Yes. Bike Skills is an all-abilities venue with inclusive facilities and programs.
